What’s on Offer Base salary from $115,507 on-call allowance (when rostered) 11.5% superannuation 6 weeks annual leave 18% leave loading 15 personal leave days 10 days paid study leave per year Fly Out of Isolation Leave (FOIL) Fully subsidised, modern housing (family-friendly!) Relocation support available Salary packaging options up to $15,996 (plus $2,650 for meals & entertainment) Monday to Friday role – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with rotating on-call roster The Role You’ll be based in one of several remote Aboriginal communities across the Top End region of the Northern Territory , working within a close-knit and supportive health team. These communities range in size and setting, but each offers a unique experience and genuine community connection. You’ll provide: Primary and preventative health care Chronic disease management and health screening Acute and emergency care (on-call support as needed) Outreach services and home visits Mentorship to Aboriginal Health Practitioners and support staff The organisation offers excellent support for nurses transitioning into remote work, including clinical backup, orientation, and ongoing development opportunities.
